Two things. We verify a factory: we go to the address a supplier gave you and establish what actually operates there. And we find factories: you send a product, a photograph or a drawing, and we shortlist manufacturers that can make it. Both are one-time fixed fees, agreed in writing before we start.

US$300 per factory for a verification, and US$1,000 per brief for factory finding. Both are one-time and fixed. Travel within 150 km of our Guangzhou base is included; Huizhou and Jiangmen carry a US$100 supplement and Yangjiang, Shaoguan and the Chaoshan region carry US$200. Nothing is payable on this website — we agree the scope first.

Send us the supplier's name, address or website, or a photograph of the product you want made. WhatsApp is fastest, the enquiry form works too, and email is fine. One line is enough to begin.

That is what a verification answers. We visit the address your supplier gave you — the one that would appear on your contract and your bank transfer — and compare what is operating there against the business licence and the public company register. If it is a trading company, the report says so, with the evidence: the address we visited, what was operating there, and what the registered business scope covers.

A shared folder with the photographs taken on site, the unedited walk-through video, a one-page written report, and copies of the documents we were shown with the public register extract. In the core Greater Bay Area a verification is delivered within 1–2 working days and a factory-finding brief within 3–5; remote regions need about a day more.

Then you have saved far more than the fee. Many buyers still choose to work with a good trading company — the point is that you decide knowing what you are dealing with, before the deposit leaves your account.

We look, and we say what we saw. In the report we describe the product we were shown — how it is made, how it is finished, what it is made of — and the scale of the factory behind it. That is our objective assessment, and it is written down. What we do not do is decide whether it is good enough for your market, negotiate commercial terms, or supervise the order. Those calls are yours, and we are not accountable for product quality.

You send whatever you have — a photograph, a drawing, a competitor's product, a description. We work through manufacturers in the relevant cluster, check who actually runs their own production rather than passing the work out, and present two that can make your item and will quote a sample.

Two manufacturers that can produce your item and will quote a sample, each documented with licence checks, photographs taken on site, unedited walk-through video, a capability report, and a direct contact with the decision-maker. Typically within 3–5 working days in the core area.

If we cannot present two credible, sample-capable manufacturers against the criteria agreed in writing beforehand, the US$1,000 is refunded in full. That is the only refund condition. If we find that your product is made somewhere we cannot reach, we say so before you pay rather than take the brief.

Yes — a photograph or a competitor's product is a normal starting point. What matters is the material and the process, because those decide which cluster to search.

Our base is Guangzhou. Within 150 km — Guangzhou, Foshan, Dongguan, Shenzhen, Zhongshan and Zhuhai — visits are covered by the fee. Beyond that: Huizhou and Jiangmen +US$100; Yangjiang, Shaoguan and the Chaoshan region (Shantou, Chaozhou, Jieyang) +US$200. Anywhere else in China is quoted separately before we travel.

It covers a full day of travel rather than a local visit. A factory in Shantou is roughly 380 km away and takes a day each way, so the visit is a different piece of work from one in Foshan.

Yes, and it is usually worth it. Each factory is verified and reported separately at US$300, but the travel is shared. Tell us both addresses and we will plan the day.

Yes — that is our home ground. The whole Delta core is within a half-day's drive and carries no travel supplement.

A trading company earns a margin on your order, so every recommendation it makes is also a commercial proposal. We charge one fixed fee and nothing else: no margin, no commission, no percentage of the order, and we never handle the goods. After the visit and the report, our involvement ends — you contract with the factory directly and pay it directly. The practical difference is what you can expect the answer to be: a trading company's income is larger when the order is larger, while ours is identical whichever factory you choose.

No. There is no checkout, no card field and no payment form here; nothing on this site can take your money. Every engagement starts as a conversation. Once the written scope is agreed we send payment details, the fee is settled in one payment, and work starts. Until you approve that scope you owe nothing.

It is not cheaper than guessing. It is cheaper than a wrong guess. A deposit wired to a company that turns out to be a trading office; tooling paid for on a product the factory cannot hold the tolerance on; certification documents belonging to a different company — any one of those costs more than the fee. What the fee buys is one day of a local person's time, against a flight, two days of travel, a visa and a language you do not speak. We do not promise a lower unit price; we shorten the distance between what you were told and what is on the ground.

Never. Nothing is collected on this website: there is no checkout and no card field. Payment details are sent once the written scope is agreed. We never ask for payment to a personal account, through a messaging app, or by a link in an unsolicited message.
