Two services, two fixed fees.
Quoted up front, agreed in writing before we travel. No commission from any factory, and the same fee whichever factory you choose.

Travel
Our base is Guangzhou. Travel is priced by distance, and it is the only thing that changes the fee.

What the fee does not include
Sample costs, materials, tooling and courier charges are paid by you directly to the factory. Your own bank's or payment provider's charges are not included. We take no commission from any factory, so nothing is added to what the factory quotes you.
How you pay
Nothing is collected on this website: there is no checkout and no card field, so this site cannot take your money. Payment details are sent once the written scope is agreed, and nothing is due before then.
We never ask for payment to a personal account, through a messaging app, or by a link in an unsolicited message. If you receive such a request claiming to be from us, contact us first using the details on our contact page.
Refunds
For factory finding, if we cannot present two credible, sample-capable manufacturers against the criteria agreed in writing beforehand, the US$1,000 is refunded in full. That is the only refund condition. For a verification, the fee is earned once the visit is carried out and the report delivered, whatever the report concludes — including a conclusion that your supplier is a trading company.
