What the fee covers. Payable in US dollars by bank transfer or an agreed payment service; your own bank's charges are not included. Travel inside the Greater Bay Area — Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Dongguan, Foshan, Zhongshan, Huizhou and Zhuhai — is included; remote locations elsewhere in China are quoted separately and agreed before we travel. Sample costs, materials, tooling and courier charges are paid by you directly to the factory. We never ask for payment to a personal account, through a messaging app, or by a link in an unsolicited message.

That is exactly what a factory verification answers. We visit the address your supplier gave you — the one that would appear on your contract and your bank transfer — and compare what is actually operating there against the business licence and the public company register. If it is a trading company, the report says so, with the evidence: the address we visited, what was operating there, and what the registered business scope covers.
US$300 per factory, one-time. That covers the on-site visit, geo-tagged photographs, an unedited walk-through video and a written report with a verdict and any red flags. Factory finding — where we shortlist two manufacturers that can produce your item — is US$1,000 per brief. Both fees are fixed and agreed in writing before any work starts. Our base is Panyu, Guangzhou, and we cover the whole of Guangdong's manufacturing belt: the Delta core (Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Dongguan, Foshan, Zhongshan, Zhuhai, Huizhou, Jiangmen, Zhaoqing), east to Shantou, Chaozhou and Jieyang for toys and knitwear, west to Yangjiang for hardware and outdoor knives, and north to Shaoguan for casting and steel. Trips to the far east, west and north are quoted separately and agreed before we travel — tell us the city and we will say honestly whether it is within reach.
Yes — those are our home ground. We are based in Panyu, Guangzhou, and the whole Delta core is within a half-day's drive: Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Dongguan, Foshan, Zhongshan, Zhuhai, Huizhou, Jiangmen and Zhaoqing. A visit usually happens within days of agreeing the scope. We also know the specialist towns — Humen for garments, Guzhen for lighting, Shiling for leather goods — which often matters more than the city itself.
No — deliberately so. There is no checkout, no card field and no payment form here; nothing on this site can take your money. Every engagement starts as a conversation on WhatsApp or by email. Once the written scope is agreed we send payment details, the fee is settled in one payment, and work starts. Until you approve that scope you owe nothing.

Many buyers still choose to work with a good trading company — the point is that you decide knowing what you are dealing with, before the deposit leaves your account. Note that a finding you did not want is a successful result of this service: once the visit is carried out and the report delivered, the fee is earned whatever the report concludes.
Because you pay us the same amount regardless of what we find and regardless of which factory you end up using. We take nothing from factories: no commission, no referral fee, no sample kickback. Our only asset is that our reports can be trusted.
No, and we do not want to. We do not inspect product quality, we do not negotiate commercial terms, and we do not supervise orders. Our scope ends at verified facts about the factory — which is precisely why the report has no reason to flatter anyone.
A shared folder with the original photographs (capture data intact), the raw walk-through video, a written report of roughly five to ten pages, and copies of the documents we were shown together with public register extracts. A verification is typically delivered within 2–4 working days; a factory-finding brief within 5–10.
